Rick Bommelje is a pioneer of Listening Leadership who has spent more than three decades helping leaders, teams, and organizations strengthen performance through strategic listening.
He is the author of Listening Pays: Achieve Significance through the Power of Listening and coauthor of Listening Leaders: The Ten Golden Rules to Listen, Lead & Succeed with Dr. Lyman K. Steil.
Rick is the creator of the Listening Behavior Perception Inventory and founder of the Strategic Listening System. His work with organizations has helped establish listening as a practical leadership discipline.
He is a member of the International Listening Association Listening Hall of Fame.
